Help
The property search screen allows you to easily enter selection criteria to perform
advanced searching of the properties database! All criteria are limiting. If you
do not specify any search criteria you will by default receive all listings in the
database. To focus in on the specific properties that interest you, use one or more
search criteria as described below.
Property Classification
Each entry is assigned a classification when it is created. Use this pull down box
to limit your search to 1 particular classification. Select the classification
desired and click on the search button. If you do not make a selection, ALL properties
will be selected by default.

Location
Use this pull down box to select the region that you would like to search. If you
want to view properties throughout the area, select "All locations".
If you do not make a selection, ALL properties will be selected by default.

Enter a keyword
Use this input box to further limit the records that are returned. When you enter
a word into the keyword area, the program will scan all of the property addresses
and return all records which contain that keyword. You may enter just part of the word
for your search.
Example: You saw a house on Woodview Pass and you want more information.
Enter "woodview" in to the keyword field and click on search.
Note that you don't have to enter the whole address. If you enter "wood" you would
get all properties on Woodview Pass or Woodcrest drive or any other address containing
the letters "wood".
For searching purposes it doesn't matter here whether you capitalize or not.
Selecting on keywords limits records in conjunction with other selections. For example,
if you select region Sanford and enter "elm" into keywords you will get
only records which have "elm" in the address and are located in Sanford.
